The Ecologic Coffee Wet Mill, with zero water consumption, pulps ripe coffee cherries through our patented vertical coffee pulper with smart breast channels, it has a sieve system to separate the pulped beans and unpulped beans. It includes a demucilager that mechanically removes the mucilage with little water, delivering parchment coffee beans ready for the drying process.
