Pulping and Sorting
Penagos technology for pulping coffee is designed for all coffee growers to process quality coffees, in multiple ways and with zero water consumption during the pulping process.
- Ideal for pulping, sorting, cleaning and removing mucilage from coffees mixed with up to 20% green beans.
- Efficient pulping due to its exclusive system of vibro-elastic pulping channels.
- Better selection of coffee by means of the cleaning sieve.
- It delivers two qualities of coffee thanks to the new design of the cleaner.
- It has greater processing capacity in a compact equipment.
- Delivers cleaner beans with minimal mechanical damage.
- Adaptable to changing harvest conditions.
- Ideal for pulping, sorting and removing mucilage from selective collection coffees.
- Maximum performance due to its high pulping efficiency.
- Friendly with the environment due to the decrease in the use of water in the mucilage removal process (0.2 litres per 1 kilo of ripe cherry coffee).

Ecodryer
- High drying uniformity due to its automatic system that levels and mixes the coffee layer.
- It does not contaminate the bean due to the use of heat exchangers and stainless steel walls.
- It allows you to inspect the process from start to finish with LED lighting in each section of the dryer.
- Semi-automatic discharge at the end of the drying process.
Rotary-type Dryer
- Efficient drying, due to the higher volumes of air.
- It has a combustion system for husk, wood, diesel and gas.
- Its capacities range from 1 cubic meter to 15 cubic meters.

Static Box Dryer
