The ecologic coffee wet mill, with zero water consumption, pulp the ripe cherry coffees with horizontal pulping technology, it has a sieve system to separate the pulped beans from the unpulped beans, the pulped coffee is directed to the demucilating process with low water consumption. Equipped with a water meter which measures, records, and indicates the volume of water in cubic metres that have been used in the coffee processing.
